Strawberry Muskberry

A high-yielding European heirloom variety from the 19th century, producing soft pink strawberries that taste like a mix of bubblegum and berry. This 16th century heirloom increased in popularity in the 1900s and was referenced in Jane Austen’s novel ‘Emma’ by its other name – Haute Bois. The species is hermaphrodite (has both male and female organs) and is pollinated by insects.
