Discovered by our founder, David Salman, in Santa Fe, NM; he found it as the lone survivor of Arp Rosemary after a cold winter with a -18F winter night. The original cuttings were taken from that plant. Native to the Mediterranean, Rosmarinus is traditionally found in coastal, temperate areas. The original Arp Rosemary is named for Arp, Texas.
