Days to Harvest: 52. Perhaps the least pungent of the winter radishes producing long, cylindrical roots averaging 15-20 cm (6-8″) in length. The skin is a bright deep rose with flesh that is white, crisp, juicy and pleasantly pungent. A good keeper.

Sowing: Sow seeds every 2 weeks in mid-summer.

Comments: Radishes taste best when grown quickly and prefer plenty of moisture.
