Parsley Italian Flat Leaf

Italian Flat Leaf Parsley really lifts a dish, adding fresh zesty taste and vibrant green colour. With a better flavour than curled parsley, it’s a classic favourite for salads, soups, casseroles, and grilled meats. Use the stems for a bouquet garnish, as they add even more flavour and aroma than the leaves.

Sow in pots or trays of Yates Black Magic Seed Raising Mix or sow direct into garden position. Press seed in and barely cover. Firm down and keep moist.

Best grown in full sun to semi-shade, keep well watered. Remove flowering stems to encourage leafy growth. Grows well in pots.

Great companion plant for beans, onions, tomatoes and roses. Pick outside leaves to encourage centre growth. Water at the base of the parsley to reduce risk of disease.
