Pak Choi Red Choi has juicy red leaves with green undersides. Rich in antioxidants and a colourful addition to salads and stir fries. Good resistance to bolting.

Sow 5mm deep in rows 40cm apart, keep soil moist, particularly during dry months. Thin to 30cm between plants. Pak Choi prefers a warm, sunny position and well-drained soil. Feed regularly to support vigorous growth. Seedlings emerge 6-10 days. Sow in spring through to autumn.
