Monstera Deliciosa ‘Platinum (wk8-UL)

Monstera deliciosa Platinum’ is an exceptionally high-variegation expression within the Monstera deliciosa Thai Constellation cultivar, a tissue-culturederived selection valued for its genetically stable variegation. In early growth, plants produce smaller, thicker leaves with soft green undertones and fine, constellation-like flecking of cream, often appearing lightly marbled. As the plant establishes and matures, foliage increases markedly in size and substance, developing broader cream to near-white sectors, stronger contrast against the green background, and progressively deeper fenestration characteristic of mature M. deliciosa.
This selection represents the upper range of stable variegation achievable within the Thai Constellation cultivar and is notable for maintaining high levels of pale coloration while retaining sufficient vigor for continued growth. It performs best in bright, indirect light with warm temperatures, moderate to high humidity, and evenly moist, well-aerated growing media. Consistent care and structural support further encourage larger, well-fenestrated leaves.
