Monstera deliciosa Bulbasaur is a rare, collector variegated form of Monstera deliciosa distinguished by its mosaic-like patterning in mixed dark and light green to mint tones rather than stark white. The variegation appears as mottled, pixelated patches across the leaf surface, giving each leaf a camo-style look that varies naturally. The name Bulbasaur is an informal nickname inspired by the Pokmon character and originated when this mutation was first discovered as a seed sport in China by Yang Liu. This particular specimen is a cutting taken directly from the original plant, making its lineage especially significant for collectors. It is a large-form deliciosa with a scrambling growth habit, developing fenestration as it matures, and grows best in bright, indirect light with evenly moist, well-draining soil and warm, stable conditions.
