Cucurbita pepo 100-110 days. A pure white acorn! Such a unique twist on standard acorn squash, Mashed Potatoes has ivory flesh thats sweet, silky and absolutely delectable. The plants produce compact vines that are incredibly high yielding. We see an average of 810, 2 pound fruit per plant in our trials.
