Manjula Pothos Tissue Culture Single

This culture pack includes 1 Manjula Pothostissue culture. It comes in agar gel and is ready to acclimate to its new jungle.

The Manjula Pothos is a stunning, highly variegated cultivar of Epipremnum aureum that stands out for its broad, heart-shaped leaves splashed with creamy whites, silvers, and soft greens. Each leaf is uniquely patterned, giving this plant a marbled, painterly look that makes no two vines alike. With its trailing or climbing growth habit, the Manjula is both versatile and show-stoppingperfect for shelves, hanging baskets, or a moss pole display.

• Step 1-Do not do anything to the culture for 1-2 days to allow them to adjust to the temperature in their new environment
• Step 2-Open the package & wash the agar jelly off the plant as thoroughly as possible. We strongly recommend using running water. A small paint brush can be gently used to assist with the cleaning process. This is one of the most important steps of the process.
• Step 3-Plant your cultures in the medium of your choice. We recommend a chunky blend ofcoco husk&perlite.We utilizeacclimation plugsalthough there are many great mediums available.
• Step 4-Place them into a clear sealed package (container or plastic bag). Within 24-hours your container will have water droplets forming, which will confirm the container is at 100% humidity.
• Step 5-Place under a grow lights for between 8 & 14 hours a day
• Step 6-Leave plants covered for the first 7 days. The following 7 to 10 days slowly expose plants to ambient air. Each day exposing the plants to slightly more air until fully acclimated.
