Lettuce ‘Grandpa Admire’s’ (Organic)

In 1977, Chloe Lowry made this family heirloom available to the world. Named for her grandfather, an American Civil War veteran and custodian of this variety, Grandpa Admire’s is a beautifully soft butter lettuce with bronze-tinged leaves. It is one of the slowest to bolt, making it the best choice to grow for summer salads.
