Kale Midnight Sun is a very ornamental variety with superb flavour. The frilly, red-tinted leaves have a striking neon-pink mid-rib and look spectacular in salads and stir-fries. This is one of the best-flavoured kales available, and particularly good as baby leaf. Rich in vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants, it can be harvested all through winter.
