Hoya Krimson Queen is a variegated form of Hoya carnosa known for its thick, waxy leaves edged in creamy white to soft pink. The oval foliage grows along long, flexible vines, with variegation typically appearing along the leaf margins while the centers remain medium to deep green. New growth often emerges flushed with pink tones, especially in bright light, gradually maturing to cream and green as the leaves harden.
This cultivar grows as a trailing or climbing vine and can develop long cascading stems over time. It prefers bright, indirect light to maintain strong variegation and benefits from a well-draining, airy soil mix that dries slightly between waterings. Under stable warmth and good light, mature plants may produce clusters of star-shaped, fragrant flowers.
