Green Manure Seeds Autumn/Winter Mix

• Improves soil structure and fertility
• Suppresses weeds over winter
• Includes nitrogen-fixing vetch and cereal rye

This Green Manure Mix of vetch and cereal rye is an excellent way to enrich your soil naturally. Hardy and fast-growing, it creates a winter cover that protects beds from weeds while investing nutrients back into the ground for the following season.

Overwinter the crop and dig it in during April or May, just before flowering. Once incorporated, the plants release valuable nutrients, improve soil texture, and even provide bio-fumigants from the mustard family, helping reduce the risk of soil-borne diseases.

Suitable for all soil types and easy to grow, this mix will cover approximately 20m, making it a practical and eco-friendly choice for preparing your garden for future harvests.
