Dianthus ‘Pinks Scent First Sugar Plum’

• Highly fragrant, soft pink flowers with darker centres
• Compact, evergreen perennial ideal for pots and borders
• Long flowering period from late spring into summer
• Excellent for pollinators and cutting

Dianthus Pinks Scent First Sugar Plum is a beautifully scented perennial, producing masses of soft pink flowers with deeper plum-toned centres. Flowering generously from late spring and often repeating through summer, it brings both colour and perfume to the garden.

With its neat, compact habit and evergreen blue-green foliage, this dianthus is perfect for edging borders, filling containers, or growing in gravel gardens. The spicy clove-like fragrance is particularly noticeable on warm days and makes it a lovely choice near paths, patios, or seating areas.

Easy to grow and low maintenance, Sugar Plum thrives in a sunny position with free-draining soil. Regular deadheading encourages continued flowering, while its nectar-rich blooms are a magnet for bees and other beneficial insects.
