The whimsical, pointed shape is becoming ever more popular in Europe and North America. Pointed cabbages tend to be milder and sweeter and have more tender leaves than round heads. Caraflex is an improvement on traditional pointed cabbage types with its excellent holding capability and firmness. Produces 0.7-1kg (1.5-2lb) heads that can be stored for up to 8 weeks.
