Bluebell Bellflower (Campanula)

12″ tall x 15″ wide. Campanula rotundifolia (Bluebells of Scotland or Bluebell Bellflower) has wiry stems of nodding blue flowers gracing this native wildflower. Blooms continuously from early summer on. This little charmer blends well into any perennial border! Campanulas grow best in good garden soils with watering and will do better with afternoon shade in hot summer climates. Very cold hardy perennials that are particularly useful to northern gardeners. Deadhead flowers to encourage additional blooms. (seed propagated)
