Begonia ‘Snow Capped’ Variegated (wk11-O)

Begonia Snow Capped is a variegated selection known for its dense, speckled foliage. Juvenile leaves emerge soft green with delicate silver flecking and subtle pink tones within the leaves, along the veins, and on the undersides, which become more pronounced as the plant matures. Mature leaves develop a rich, medium to deep green base densely adorned with silvery-white spots, creating a snow-dusted effect, while the pink highlights add a luminous, layered appearance. The slightly textured, oak-shaped leaves are supported on upright or arching pink stems, giving the plant a bushy, dimensional presence that makes it a standout in any collection.
This cultivar thrives in bright, indirect light with warm temperatures, moderate to high humidity, and evenly moist, well-draining soil. It is particularly well-suited for terrarium cultivation, where high humidity and stable conditions enhance the vibrancy of the foliage and pink undertones. Regular misting and light pruning encourages fuller growth and a compact, display-ready habit.
