Lovely spherical uniform beets that produce attractive globe shaped, orange-yellow roots that turn a golden yellow colour when cooked. With a sweet flavour, the small beets can be used as salad beetroot, whilst the mature beets can be used in salads or cooked as a vegetable.

Leaves can also be used in cooking; just steam the leaves as you would spinach.

Due to its compact size, this is a great crop to grow if youre short of space and will thrive in pots and containers.
