Finely dice an onion, top and tail beans (they have no strings). Boil or steam for about 3 minutes. Drain thoroughly. Immediately add onion and a little olive oil to the pot, mix and replace the lid immediately. Allow the flavours to blend for a few minutes, and ENJOY.
