Alocasia longiloba

Elongated ‘ear lobes’ and therefore unusually shaped leaves give this variety its ‘longiloba’ name. Native to South-East Asia.

• Leaves are waxy, thick, glossy and blue-green with contrasting white veining.
• Leaf undersides are deep purple.
• Adds structure to your collection due to its striking, architectural features.

Growth pattern: Tuberous & bushes outwards

Water: Little and often. Keep moist but not waterlogged.

Ideal Position: North or east facing
