Winter Protection

Winter Protection is needed when the temperatures may not be favorable for shipping tropical foliage. Our packaging team will happily check your local weather and, through their experience, make an educated decision as to when to ship your order and if a heat pack should be added. If Winter Protection is added to your order and a heat pack is needed we will decide for you how many heat packs to add. One order of the Winter Protection covers your whole order and we will take it from there. We will email and alert you of any changes to your order and any updates accordingly. Rest assured we have you and your new plants’ best interest in mind and want you to receive happy healthy plants.
