This beautiful original Rhyncattleanthe variety was created by our founder, Mr. Moriyasu Akatsuka and originates from our orchid nursery here in Volcano, Hawaii. This orchid produces elegant flowers of a delicate and perfect form in a vibrant amaranth purple color with a soft splash of yellow on the lip.
