Sparkle is a very hardy and flavorful June-bearing strawberry introduced over 60 years ago. It remains highly popular due to its exceptional flavor, making it ideal for fresh eating, jams, and freezing. The fruit is red through and through and maintains consistent quality throughout the harvest.

One of its parents, Fairfax, is still regarded as one of the best-flavored strawberries, contributing to Sparkles outstanding taste. The plant is vigorous, productive, and well-suited to cooler climates.
