Pink Surprise Lily (Lycoris)

24-26″ tall x 12″ wide. Pink Surprise Lily is afun addition to the summer garden. Once established ‘Pink Surprise’ willnaturalize and return every summer to enchant and delight. Add unique color inwoodland gardens, in meadows, or pair with hostas or other leafy perennials tohide their fading foliage. Plant Pink Surprise Lily in well-draining,compost-enriched soil in a sunny to part-shade location, with the top of thebulb 2-3″ below soil level and 6-8″ apart. Water and mulch withcompost in colder zones. Surprise Lily needs only moderate water during thesummer after the leaves die back. It may take a season or two to establish, sobe patient, as they are well worth the wait! Pest resistant, and deer avoidthem.
