Pink Powder Puff (Calliandra emarginata)

Fill the growing area with a year-round splash of color. These pink flowers bear a resemblance to exploding fireworks and yet they display a “powder puff” delicacy. This cultivar has an upright habit and never stops flowering even during the darkest days of winter. A plant that is easily shaped and pruned, it can be maintained at a manageable size indefinitely.
