OTHER: Honey Butternut is a baby butternut squash. As described by Wikipedia, it is a ” … winter squash cultivar bred from butternut and buttercup squash. It has a similar shape and flavor to butternut squash but averages about half the size and is significantly sweeter. Honeynut squash can be roasted, sauted, pured, added to soups, stews, and braises, and has enough sugar content for desserts.” The 4 – 5″ squash weigh between 8 – 16 oz & serve 1 – 2 people. The plants are smaller than a standard full size butternut’s, so are a wonderful option for smaller spaces or container growing.
