Greenfeast is a shelling variety that has the best flavour if harvested as soon as pods are plump and well filled.
Dwarf peas do not require trellis to climb on, but a low support(to 50cm) may be beneficial. Pick young peas regularly for maximum yield and flavour.
Great companion plant for beans, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, cabbage, celery, lettuce and radish. Avoid overwatering seeds, may rot before germination if soil is too wet. Water at the base of the plant, rather than overhead, to minimise risk of disease. At the end of the harvest, dig spent plants into the soil to add extra organic nitrogen.
