Borage produces bright blue star-shaped edible flowers in whichleavescan beused in salads and cooking. Adds a delicate cucumberflavourto foods, used in traditional medicine.

Borage also attracts pollinators to your garden and is an excellent companion plant for many vegetables.

Sow 10mm deep in flowering position in full sun or semi-shade. Firm down gently and keep moist. Use leaves in salads and cooking and the flowers for a garnish. Seedlings emerge 10-14 days.
