Days to Harvest: 40. For a great addition to mesclun mixes or stir-fry, try this beautiful Japanese green. This prolific plant produces loads of broad, light green, serrated leaves with white ribs. Good cold tolerance.

Sowing: Sow seeds in successive crops every 2 weeks from April to August, as long as weather is cool.

Comments: This variety is more heat tolerant than many greens and will resist bolting.
