Beet Solids and Stripes – Salt Spring Seeds

Beta vulgaris

A summery mixture of solid red and white and red barber pole stripes of beets. Early Wonder is deep red and sweet. Chioggia’s sweet flavour comes in a light red and white spiral flesh. One planting can last the season or plant numerous times for continued picking. These beets store very well in the ground for fresh winter harvests.
